Peter is a real estate developer with
projects in New York, Rhode Island, Florida. He brings to the company a vast
amount of knowledge in every aspect of real estate buying and selling,
including the ability to council in finance, architectural
design, construction, property management, and market trends.
His experience as an Architect and Developer in the United States
and European projects exceeds $500 million of real estate.
A graduate of Pratt Institute, New York - School of Architecture, he
is an Architect and a Real Estate Broker. |

Office Manager / Administration
Lauren has been associated with the
Management for over 8 years and worked her way to Office Manager
responsible for the Administrative operations of the company.
Lauren also
represents the WHI and BSI Developers for the Watch Hill
Inn & Annex complex.
She is a graduate of Central
Connecticut University. |
