Mark has managed the Watch Hill Inn since 1986 and supervised its multi-million dollar 2006 renovation.

Mark has been awarded of Gold 2007 KWAR Sales Excellence (Kent Washington Association of Realtors).

As a corporate officer of Catalano Realty Corp, a New York and Connecticut Real Estate Development and Broker company, Dana brings to the company knowledge of major markets sourcing buyers from the larger cities both in the United States and Europe.

Peter Catalano, Partner / CEO
Licensed Real Estate Broker - New York / Connecticut

Peter is a real estate developer with projects in New York, Rhode Island, Florida. He brings to the company a vast amount of knowledge in every aspect of real estate buying and selling, including the ability to council in finance, architectural design, construction, property management, and market trends.

His experience as an Architect and Developer in the United States and European projects exceeds $500 million of real estate.

For more than two decades, as Executive Director of housing development corporations in Rhode Island and Connecticut, Sal has been able to acquire extensive experience with real estate purchases and sales and comprehensive real estate development skills. He has negotiated the purchase and/or sales of approximately 250 properties in Rhode Island and Connecticut, including single family, multi-family, land subdivisions and commercial property. Sal’s resume also includes residential property management experience with the oversight of approximately 400 apartments including staff supervision, lease negotiation and financial fiduciary responsibilities.

Bill is a pillar of the Westerly Community and has been with the Management Team for over 8 years.
He is a former educator and serves on several boards.

Bill was involved in the construction and development phases of the Watch Hill Inn & Annex project.

Lauren Ferreira, Office Manager / Administration

Lauren has been associated with the Management for over 11 years and worked her way to Office Manager responsible for the Administrative operations of the company.

Lauren also represents the WHI and BSI Developers for the Watch Hill Inn & Annex complex.

She is a graduate of Central Connecticut University.

Lorraine Correira, Office Manager / Property Management

Lorraine has years experienced in Property Management, Condo Owner development and coordination.

As of October 2010, Lorraine becomes a member of the team. Born in Germany, raised in South Africa and recently a residence of Gibraltar, she brings with her the ability to speak multiple languages including English, Spanish, and some Portuguese.
