Based on number of bedrooms - $100.00 per bedroom with $200
minimum per month
(includes one weekly visit by Field Op and one weekly visit by Senior Field
Op)
Studio, 1 or 2 Bedroom House or
Condo = $200 per month
3 Bedroom House or Condo = $270 per month (discounted 10%)
4 Bedroom House or Condo = $360 per month (discounted 10%)
5 Bedroom House or Condo = $450 per month (discounted 10%)
6 Bedroom House or Condo = $540 per month (discounted 10%)
8 Bedroom House or Condo = $720 per month (discounted 10%)
Field Ops provide exterior inspections - Senior Field Ops provide interior
inspections.
Field Reports are filed in Office for every visit to the property. Such
reports are made
available to property owner to assure transparency and guarantee inspection.
Field Reports also gives Management an opportunity to make recommendations
to
the property owner for upgrades and or repairs to maintain the home value.
